I've worked out four times this week. The lowest I weighed in was yesterday at 158.6. My average weight for the week is 160.7! I'm really happy with that. I started Body Rock Daily Hiit Intermediate and 30 Days of Yoga challenges over this week. I feel good! Going to eat the last piece of chicken left from my meal prep, a bagel, and sip on some tea for breakfast! Get it in today peeps!
