I had every intention of giving myself another day off but it seems life doesn’t always pan out the way its intended. I set off for a walk in Trent Park and attempted ten repetitions of pushups with surprising difficulty. I didn’t think for one moment I had the stamina to workout. Yet I should have known if one body part lacks energy it doesn’t mean another doesn’t.
