Event Task: Countdown

Happy New Year in advance, everyone! (And apologies for the format! Mobile posting between family things 😆)

When flowers lit up the night sky, Luke and Rosa jumped on his bed as high as they could.

"Happy New Year!" They cheered as Peanut watched from his perch. "Happy New Year! Haaaappyyy Newwww Yeaaarr!"

When they'd finally worn themselves out, the pair collapsed on the bed in a fit of giggles, faces flushed.

"Please take care of me this year as well, dear Watson." Luke gave Rosa a quick peck on the nose.

"That goes without saying." She gently cupped his cheeks before giving them a light pinch. "And I know you'll have my back as well, my beloved Sherlock."

When the bells tolled twelve times near Stellis National Park, Vyn took Rosa's hand in his and kissed it.

"Happy New Year, my rose." His silver hair reflected the ever-changing colors of the sky. "May this year be kind to us as well."

"If not, then we'll make it be kind to us." Rosa smiled as she pulled him closer to her, his ever-graceful gait stumbling for a moment at the sudden action.

She quickly put her arms around his neck. "Remember, we're the ones who make our dreams reality, right?"

"So I've been shown time and again." Vyn couldn't help but chuckle. "We have chosen each other as our happiness, affer all."

When cheers of "Happy New Year!" rang out across the city, Marius and Rosa stepped out onto the balcony and clinked their glasses together.

"Here's to a brand new year, Miss!" His eyes sparkled with good cheer. "Let's go on more adventures together, just you and I!"

"Just us, huh?" She shot him a smirk, feeling particularly mischievous. Time for payback. "What sort of adventures do you have in mind?"

"You know...this and that!" Marius knew what Rosa was up to. Oh, two could play at this game. "Trips, mostly...unless Miss was thinking of something else...?"

"Marius! Von! Hagen!"

"Five...four...three...two...one...Happy New Year!"

When the voice over the loudspeaker announced the arrival of the new year, Artem and Rosa shared their first kiss of the year at Celebration Plaza.

"Happy New Year." He murmured as they came up for air, his tender gaze taking in every inch of her face. "I hope to grow together with you this year as well."

"I'd like that, Artem." Rosa pulled him in until their foreheads were touching. "We'll walk together every step of the way."

No more words were said for a while after that as the two held each other, the sky blooming brightly behind the two as if to bless them.

Event Task: Happy Halloween!

From me here on mobile to you, hope you had/have a great Halloween! 🎃🎃

Artem

Keeps a list of horror/supernatural-themed shows recommended by Luke and Rosa as well in case he's not really in the mood for a movie

Spends it with a month-long Halloween movie marathon, tries to at least head to the local drive-in on the 31st if swamped with cases

Prepares plenty of candy for the kids living in the building + the annual Trick-or-Treat event at Themis, kids love the candy he gives the best

First Halloween party he ever attended willingly was the one held at NXX Headquarters, was mostly in charge of food and drink

Luke

Carries multiple horror manga or comics in his pack when out of town on missions, recommended or lent to him by Vyn and Marius

Plays only horror games for the entire month of October or watches 'Let's Play' videos if unable to find a copy of the game he wants in time

Participates in horror-themed events across Stellis, from signing up for zombie runs to volunteering at the local fair's haunted house

Brought up holding a Halloween party at NXX Headquarters, was primarily in charge of activity planning and music

Marius

<><><><><><><><><><><><><><><><>

Being part of a prominent family, his Halloweens are usually filled with endless parties...whether he's attending or hosting

Definitely goes all-out in every aspect of hosted bashes, but most noteworthy are Marius's costumes...he designs them himself every year

Used to go pumpkin carving with Giann every year until he turned 12, has since resumed the tradition with Payton, Rosa and Artem

Provided everyone with costumes for the NXX Halloween party, was primarily responsible for decorations

Vyn

A Halloween tradition of his is to pick a country on the map and immerse himself in their local legends and folklore the entire month

Makes Halloween-themed desserts to share with his patients, keeps a notebook with recipes given to him by the NXX members and Ogier

The type to try out various rituals the evening of Halloween to prove they don't work...but carries around protective charms in case they do

Found himself enjoying Halloween properly for the first time with the NXX, was in charge of desserts and scary stories

Event Task: Heart Searcher

Event Task: OMORI AU (aka SHOUGANAI)

Welcome to White Space.

You have been living here for as long as you can remember.

(Just a quick profile set for the OMORI AU/SHOUGANAI protagonists ^^ Hoping to write a full-fledged fic after I get through some work training ^^’)

KING

- Been living with his cat GRAPE in White Space for as long as he can remember, but can’t really remember much else. His trusty PAINTBRUSH helps replicate many a beautiful scene, including a foe's downfall.

ROSA

- Sweet, strong-willed, and universally-loved, ROSA serves as the group’s greatest source of morale and voice of reason. Her MICROPHONE, also her WEAPON of choice, allows her to be heard loud and clear.

RAVEN

- Skilled in body and mind, RAVEN is the one to call whenever there is trouble. HIs level of skill allows him to take down foes with a good smack from a pillow. A WHISTLE is always at the ready to call his dear PEANUT at a moment’s notice.

LIBRA

- As the most cool-headed and logical of the group, LIBRA can be counted on to have a plan for every situation...especially when KING and ADJUDICATOR get heated. A HOME-COOKED MEAL from him can instantly restore one’s energy.

ADJUDICATOR

- Though he’d rather attend to his roses, ADJUDICATOR will not tolerate less than absolute victory, not while he can still fight. CARDS cut through foes in a flash, almost as well as his words can.

GIANN, NEIL and VINCENT

- These three help keep the NXX on the right track. NEIL is always ready with a warm smile and good advice, while GIANN and VINCENT make sure the group takes a well-deserved break during their excursions.

Event Task: The NXX on Tumblr

Just a quick note: This set is headcanons for the guys of the NXX only. As for Rosa’s Tumblr...I don’t want to generalize especially since we all have different interpretations of Rosa’s likes/dislikes/interests. But that aside...

This is my first time writing...anything that isn’t a work email in a while, ngl  (((＞＜))) But I hope you all like it~!

- Blog title is derived from one of his favorite movies

- Blog aesthetic? Who is she? Keeps it simple, clean and business-like...until a mysterious follower (read: Celestine) offers to help him change it to a cinema-esque aesthetic

- Definitely a movie-centered blog, with a few rare food posts...all original, no reblogs

- Posts movie reviews, various analyses (e.g. themes, cinematography), cast interviews and behind-the-scenes shenanigans

- Will interact if someone has an ask/reply to his reviews, but other than that, not really active on Tumblr...except to shut down + block the occasional troll/bot/pr0n0 blog

- Has a ton of followers, all looking forward to his bi-weekly posting...Kiki follows him as well, blissfully unaware her boss is one of her favorite bloggers

- Mutually follows only three blogs, Celestine’s, MC’s/Rosa’s and Luke’s...Vyn and Marius are still in denial that he has one in the first place

Vyn Richter

- Username most likely related to psychology (e.g. ‘nietzcheisms’)

- Name of the blog is written in Svart, a word with deep meaning to him

- Nature-type aesthetic, for sure...may or may not have taken a coding class to get it exactly how he wants it to look like

- Posts more suited for an Instagram account with the amount of Aesthetics (TM)

- Blog is filled with moodboards (most likely cottagecore or royalcore), with the occasional psychology-related post...also enjoys reblogging stimboards

- Active on Tumblr, but prefers to lurk + like instead of interact

- Lots of influencer-types follow him...Marius does too, but has the tags for psychology posts blocked...the list grows as Vyn changes the tags often

- Mutually follows a handful of aesthetic blogs, MC’s/Rosa’s and Marius’s blogs...one such aesthetic blog belonging to one Vincent Kim

Marius von Hagen

- Has two blogs: one for fanart (main), and one for classical art (sideblog)

- Definitely has ‘Z’ in his username (e.g. ‘artizts-alley’), alt username includes the name of a museum/gallery he frequents

- Blog title of main is just Z...the other is from one of his yet-to-be-revealed pieces (which will immediately change when he does release it)

- Changes up his blog aesthetic every quarter for both main + side, has Luke check the coding beforehand in case he mixes the two

- Fanart blog is chaotic, original posts + reblogs of works from at least hundreds of fandoms...reblogs have tons of praise and comments in the tags and replies

- Classical art blog is tamer, no tags except artist + piece names, year painted, medium used to paint, and technique executed

- Main and side blogs are both pretty big names on the site, main is always loaded with submissions, chats and asks on the daily

- Mutually follows a lot of artists (regularly reblogs and commissions them), Luke, Vyn, and MC/Rosa...first followed Giann’s blog when he made the account

Luke Pearce

- Honestly struggled with a name (agent-themed? bird-themed?), but MC/Rosa helped him keep it simple (e.g. ‘agent-peanut’)

- Most dedicated to sticking with tag rules among the NXX, has several tags for different posts but never mixes them up

- Has the most complicated coding for blog appearance...style is straight out of a Sherlock Holmes novel, except for the cursor which looks like Orb!Peanut

- Definitely an animal-centered blog! Most posts and reblogs consist of animal pictures and videos, but will occasionally sneak in a Sherlock Holmes or video game post here and there

- MC/Rosa once posted an audio of him singing to Peanut as a prank, but it became so popular to the point that followers wonder when the next post will be (see also: never, sorry)

- Runs a pretty popular sideblog with Aaron as co-admin, dedicated to all things puzzles, riddles and mysteries

- Tagging and linking system is an absolute mess, but can always remember exactly what tags he uses for all his posts

- The only one who follows all of the NXX members alongside MC/Rosa, will occasionally spam their chats/asks/submissions if they happen to be late to an NXX meeting and they’re not answering their phones

I feel both horrible and satisfied when I get pissed and call out someone at work, ngl...like I know I shouldn't be mad over every little thing, but I'm also tired of being the only one who actually gives a crap 99% of the time 😅
