Thrash legends Anthrax blew away the EXIT 111 crowd on Day 1, Friday, October 11, 2019. With their skeleton filled banner behind them, Anthrax gave an excellent performance. Joey Belladona (vocals), Scott Ian (rhythm guitar), Jonathan Donais (lead guitar), Frank Bello (bass), and Charlie Benante (drums) left it all on stage and took no prisoners encouraging the crowd to mosh, jump, and get crazy. 10 Years performing at the EXIT 111 festival was like performing at home for the band from Knoxville, TN. The crowd was full outside of the Rise Above stage that night ready for 10 Years to rock. And that’s exactly what they did. Jesse Hasek (vocals), Brian Vodinh (lead guitar), Matt Wantland (rhythm guitar), Luke Narey (drums), and Chad Grennor (bass) provided a phenomenal set of great songs including “Fix Me” and “Wasteland”, lights, and solid music. 10 Years always delivers a great live performance and absolutely gave the fans what they wanted. Below are photos from their performance on Friday, October 11, 2019 at EXIT 111.
