I looked for and collected plots of Piter in both Original Dune and Expanded Dune. Here’s the page number and keywords for each one.
The page numbers are only suitable for the PDF version. PDF can be found on this website :

i think something that deeply annoys me about the great house trilogy is that i can't tell when it's the authors either a) having no idea how feudalism works or b) not considering the political ramifications of thing or if it's meant to be a characterisation choice.
because i know brian herbert and kevin anderson are capable of that! pardot kynes' pov is so different to everyone else's that it's very clear that they're capable of limited character povs. but when no other characters question the choices involved... i've gotta wonder.
like the top three choices that make me wonder this are
leto spending twelve years as the only member of house atreides before he finally has a kid. sure, he was 16 when paulus died, but why the fuck isn't he getting around to having a kid when house atreides' very existence is so weak??? i can't really blame him for only having one kid with jessica because that's clearly her choice and presumably meant to avoid the bene gesserit from eliminating her redundant son, hence her desperate choice to get pregnant again right before leto is killed, but like please. he's not even particularly stressed about it!
rhombur vernius. i know the man is canonically meant to be At Least A Little Stupid And Very In Denial Whenever Things Are Bad (see: sooo many of his interactions + somehow losing all power on ix to the technocrats in the 13 yrs between reclaiming ix and paul's visit), but like. yes, he gets points for respecting tessia when she decides against having more children but man, house vernius now consists of you and a small child. i know you had to do illegal IVF to have that child, but like. come on. please.
the comment that tyros reffa would've been a prince of ix. i'm sorry, what??? his mother marrying the earl of ix doesn't automatically make him an ixian prince. sure, i would've understood if cammar or rhombur went "well, dominic would've definitely granted him the title if he knew of him", but they don't say that. they just say he's technically a prince of ix. which makes no sense. i know it's in passing compared to the rest of this but it's just so ridiculous.
like i can buy that rhombur is an idiot. it is, unfortunately, an overriding theme in all of his personal relationships and his unwillingness to act basically leads to kailea's death so like. it tracks with him. i'm surprised that tessia is ok with his inaction but idk, maybe they both decided the risk to bronso was too much to risk. fine. i can excuse that.
but leto "willing to marry other women at least twice during his relationship with jessica" atreides is ok with not having any child until he's 28 when he knows he's the sole atreides? a man who is otherwise shown to be a keen political operator? right. ok.
i know dune makes it pretty clear there's an age gap between leto and jessica (which DE keeps), but if you're going to decide to give leto an earlier kid who died, he should've been born like 10-15 years before paul, not just seven. leto was 35 when paul was born, it makes way more sense that, if he had another kid who died young, that this child was long deceased (and maybe even considered a "youthful mistake" by the time paul is born) rather than dying a year before paul is born. even more so when the kid was known by literally all of the major house atreides characters despite having never been mentioned in dune, when the old duke is literally hanging over jessica's head for a good chunk of the book despite having been dead nearly twice as long.
Finished reading Schools of Dune trilogy. Attempt to design the appearance of my favorite character Draigo Roget.
