Are you kidding me?!?! Living in Ireland I can’t ever seem to find a sharp enough cheddar for my baked mac n cheese and I miss all of my delicious cheeses that I eat at home, can’t find anything similar here! Just some mature (tasteless) cheddar!

The fact that your cheese requirements are based on what suits mac and cheese pretty much makes my point for me!

Any decent-sized store in Ireland will (should) have cheeses from all over Europe.

Also, on cheddar: I've been to many countries, and I've never seen one that has so many different types of cheddar than Ireland. You're not looking hard enough!
