Op het Footprint festival : DAO LU: DE NATUURLIJKE WEG Mind your move Dao Lu is een samensmelting van de krijgskunsten Tai Chi en Lu Kung Fu en de meditatievorm in beweging Chi Kung. Doel van de workshop is om een ervaring te krijgen van hoe het principe ‘ontspanning’ werkt in krijgskunst en hoe adequate training hierin kan leiden tot veerkracht van lichaam en geest. De workshop zal uit 3 delen bestaan. We vangen aan met Chi Kung als meditatie in beweging. Vervolgens geven we er functie aan met Tai Chi bewegingen die als aanval of verdediging gelden. The date of the Footprint festival is getting closer. We introduced already a lot of activities for the festival. Here is another great addition. YOUR ECOLOGICAL FOOTPRINT Casimir ten Have Casimir is a geographer with a specific interest in sustainability. He has been active in various political organizations and ‘grassroots’ movements. This workshop is about the earth as a global system and the footprint we make in it. We look at different aspects of the system and how these relate. For example how the economic system of society can be integrated with the natural system of the earth. Of course, looking at how everything is connected is not enough to bring any change. We will look at which habits cause our footprint and which social constructions continue these habits. We also do the footprint test. This will show us how we are overconsuming. We look at what moves us to do this and what we can do to change our behavior.
