After a 5–6km run, something shifts. My body is tired, but my spirit is wide awake.
The endorphins rush in like a warm wave, washing the day off my shoulders. The tension leaves quietly, without asking for permission. Suddenly I feel light. I feel playful. I feel like I could dance for days.
In this space, I’m not performing for anyone. No expectations. No judgement. No noise.
I am happy. I am me. I am free.
For a moment, the world softens — and I remember that I can do whatever I want, simply because I exist. And that feeling? That’s bliss.
