Any chance of some Insect tribal in the future? We've had many insects yet no cards that care specifically about insects aside from one land. I would love to see Jund insects become a playable deck at least in commander.

I believe it will happen one day.

Could we ever see a creature printed in standard with Partner? Perhaps with some kind of reminder text like (Ignore this text if you are not playing a Commander format)?

We don't put Commander-only text on cards on anything other than cards in Commander decks.
