I took the idea further by using bells with beads together

experimental progress 

I thought about the weakness of the first noise maker that I can`t keep blowing the bullet shells for a log time, I felt dizzy. Therefore I thought about tie it on a piece of string in a direction and then swing it as a bird whistle, but it ends up twisted while playing and it is really easy to fall out. On the other side there were people did the same movement for their noise maker.

Due to all the reason I came up with an idea, that I can tie the bullet shells onto a hula hoop, then swing it with my wist. It is a unique way of playing an noise maker, which also involves vision as well.
