Got to make some more awesome food with @stevemazurek today! First: pear-and-blackberry mini pies with ginger, rosemary and molasses. Some fresh ground cacao on the spinach-dyed graham crust really pushed it to the next level for me. And for lunch, we used my Thai chimichurri marinade for some carne asada! Cooking made the Thai chiles just mild enough without killing the heat completely; all it needed was some lime and cilantro on a corn tortilla.
