Further suggestions for exploring this colour and pattern influence using the same consistency of line for the form:
Album Covers Lyrics Books Text Materials - Tracing/Tissue Paper Transfer Packaging Advertisement Eye Catching Colours Font
Need to identify products that contain styles of pattern within: Bedding which is the focus of influence for my palette within first piece this semester - takes leopard print for pattern - also holds an Aztec like recurring pattern…
SO… - I could create another piece that still depicts the colour from the bedding but instead of using the leopard print, replace this with the aztec style pattern…
OR… - would this look too repetetive within a series? - Thus, meaning - should the chosen palette inspiration always differ as the initial concept of layout remains consistent?
AGAIN… - Could I alter this by changing the direction of the painted stripes, i.e. from portrait to landscape to coming out from a center point but keeping the barcode form of the support base consistent?
This is something I perhaps need to investigate, as well as this, I need to decipher whether it is in fact the vertical forms of both support base and stripes I aspire to or if it is the exploration of line itself?
