Okay, kids. You may have or may have not seen a certain angry post about my gold commissions. Like, my prices are too low, and I just can’t have prices this low for a black and white sketch.

I love you, kind people of gw2 tag, and I want to explain some things regarding my prices.

First, I can do whatever I want to do with my time and resources. Second, I don’t need a lot of money urgently - if I needed, I’d open regular commissions. Third, I like fun - I just crawled out of artblock recently, and I want to do fun stuff. Fourth, I am lazy to farm gold, so a bit of gold wouldn’t harm, right? Thus, gold commissions.

So I thought that I can open affordable gold commissions. Maybe there are people who can’t afford to pay in bucks right now, but have gold in game. I get gold, they get cool sketch, both of us have fun. It’s a win-win to me.

Now, I’d like to say something about this matter - I mean, angry post - before the information spreads too widely and things go out of control. They have overreacted, yes, but they just said what they thought was right. I must admit that they are partially right... but still, I have my own reasons to keep doing what I’m doing.

And I’m doing this because I want to do it. I don’t want to think about money and profits all the time. I want to have fun and maybe craft a legendary for my sharkrat in the next year.

I’d love to ask you to not spread hate and anger. We just didn’’t understand each other’s point of view, it happens sometimes. Please, don’t make any call out posts, don’t send them angry messages, don’t fuel this conflict with salt and personal opinions. I HATE conflicts, I hate holywars, and I definitely do not want any of you get involved into this.
