1. name three favorite albums of RIGHT NOW: Uhhh I’d say Drones--Muse’s latest album coming up. (though it’s technically not out yet till June 8th, I am loving what I am hearing thus far.) Hoziers debut album, which I still adore. Lastly, i’ll say Kodaline’s latest, Comin Up For Air.
Damn this question, why did I have to choose only 3. I love so many more than that. hah.
2. name two favorite albums of ALL TIME: 2 favorite alums of all time, hmmmm. This is going to be tough. I’ll say Black Hole and Revelations, Muse’s 4th album. That deserves a spot because that album made me fall in love with them to be honest. I want to say The Lumineer’s debut album is up there for me. Such a beautiful album and I love their lyric and song writing. Hozier though, is so close on their heels for this position.
3. if you could send THREE TEXTS RIGHT NOW to ANYONE IN THE WORLD, what would they be and to whom would they be sent?
(Anon)- It has been ages since we last really conversed, we need to talk again soon and I reallllly would love to go to Croatia and visit you. We need to have an awesome lunch and share a bottle of wine together *hugs* <3
(Anon)- You need to come with mom, dad, and I to the local renaissance fair. (If we can afford to, and find the time to.) You would love it so much. Oh and I hope you adjusted your new frame for your glasses.
(Anon)- I know we are in like a social lull of sorts, or whatever you want to call it. You’re one of the very few people who has ever shown me a sincere depth of interest, and we have not even known each other for more than a few months. I know I can be a very socially distant individual but I hope you are well.
4. talk about your upcoming SUMMER STYLE: Ughh, Summer is coming. haha. But anyways, you’d most likely catch me sporting a Californian beach bum “look”. MAYBE a tank-top, striped/colored t-shirt, or a geeky Star Wars or NASA shirt; With shorts and flip flops.
5. talk about THREE FAVORITE SCENES FROM ANY MOVIE:
At the end of Lord of the Rings The Return of The King; Aragorn says to the hobbits: Frodo, Sam, Merry, and Pippin. “You bow to no one.” That scene tends to get me every time and I just start to well up. I love those films so fucking much. <3
The scene in Empire Strikes Back, when Luke meets Yoda. The banter between the two of them... Is just so beautiful. Then when it begins to turn serious and transitions into Luke finding out that he is in the presence of Yoda himself. It gets so much more mysterious and darker toned. The scene in episode 6 with Luke, Vader and Palpatine is also a top contender for this spot.
The ending scene to Davinci Code. Professor Langdon has a final epiphany to where Mary Magdalene’s coffin resides. Then the main theme of the film Chevaliers De Sangreal, plays in the back ground while he then kneels on the glass ceiling in the courtyard of The Louvre. That main theme is seriously one of my favorite pieces of music.
6. what is your FAVORITE kind of WEATHER: A sunny to partly cloudy day in the low 80s to 70s (26-21C). Or cloudy, rainy weather. The smell of petrichor when the moisture in the air increases... omg <3
7. some TRENDY THINGS u are OBSESSED with right now??: I am not entirely sure... I suppose tattoos could count? I don’t have any myself, but I love seeing some well placed tattoos on someone. Especially a guy... No shame ;) But anyways!
8. the LAST TIME you CRIED: About a week and a half ago. As far as some intense negative crying goes, anyway. I can watch a film that gets me really emotionally welled up, if I get invested into it enough and it just hits those soul strings.
9. WEIRDLY SERIOUS QUESTION: what do you want out the next few years of your life?: Accomplishing some financial/self independence and getting my license and a paying job, hopefully; If not, volunteer at my city Library. These things are well overdue for me. I want to quite feeling so inadequate around everyone.
10. FAVORITE COLOR AND FAVORITE FLOWER: Any shade of blue, for the most part, but more specifically a dark-like silvery shade of navy. I love navy. I can’t really settle on a favorite flower to be honest...
