•GRATITUDE• There is beauty in showing gratitude. One shows gratitude to Allah by worshipping Him alone without attributing partners to Him and by thanking Him for every single moment He has given us by saying ALHAMDULILAH. ALHAMDULILAH means All Praise and Thanks is to Him. You acknowledge that whatever you have is only because of Him. You hold no pride because you know that whatsoever you have acheived is because of His mercy alone. When do you PRAISE someone ? We praise them to acknowledge excellence in that matter. You praise a person when they have done a good job. When you Praise Allah, remember you are AFFIRMING, whatever He has given is perfect and excellent and far from what we can get for ourselves. When do you THANK someone ? We thank a person when they have helped us achieve something. When you Thank Allah, you are being truely thankful to Him for having granted you such a mercy. Two words ALHAMDU-LILLAH, with such beauty in them. The Scale (Meezan) is where all our deeds will be measured and we shall be given recompense for it accordingly. Imagine, saying Alhamdulilah from your heart, something as easy as that and getting our scale of good deeds filled. Subhan Allah. Truely Allah is Ar-Rahman, The Most Merciful. His mercy has no bounds.
