We ventured out of our 22nd-floor hotel room to the humid Tokyo night on the first night of our 10-day trip to Japan to find the insane play of lights and colors. To risk sounding otacky (i.e., like an otaku), this sight reminds me of some shots in Ghost in the Shell (攻殻機動隊).
