can anyone give me tips on how to draw expressive asians bc I'm developing asian characters and I don't wanna fuck it up

the one I'm working on now is a nonbinary Chinese 21y/o in the midst of an apocalypse who's like heeeellllaaaa expressive and excitable and all the reference I can find is like. kpop idols or celebrities in makeup or old, old men :/

as an asian i can say hollywood is 1000% correct we are not expressive we've evolved from physically displaying emotion these days we just vibrate our molecules to speak to eachother telepathically
