The Malayan Tiger Conservation Centre (Pusat Konservasi Harimau Malaya) is a Malayan Tiger conservation project that supports the breeding, rewilding, and release of Malayan Tigers. The project is part of the government's efforts to increase and stabilize Peninsular Malaysia’s critically endangered Malayan Tiger population. 🐯 Previously known as NTCC (National Tiger Conservation Centre), the centre is now known as MTCC in honour of the Malayan Tigers. His Royal Highness The Crown Prince of Pahang, Tengku Hassanal is seen here with government officials to inaugurate the new MTCC in Lanchang, Pahang. #malayantiger #harimaumalaya #extinctmalayantiger #malayantiger #malaysiantiger #endangeredmalayantiger #savethemalayantigercampaign #malayantigerpopulation #ntcc #tengkuhassanal #tengkumahkotapahang
