A pool of glacial water in the midst of the Sheridan Glacier near Cordova, Alaska. A town that is only accesible via plane or ferry. Walked out a good mile atop the giant ice beast. More to come later. Just wanted to throw a little something up since it had been a while. Getting swamped with photo documentation of before and afters for work along with getting more involved in the actual manual myself lately, which I'm loving. Dropped a fat tree the other day on the Eyak Mountain Trail in Cordova to make way for a small section of reroute to get the old trail off some private property. Wes's crew has also been working on replacing some old forest service bridges over streams on the trail that were probably built sometime back in the 1920s to 1940s by the forest service.
