My best guesses for the twist, okay here we go

1) she's already dead, she got her head cut off by an abusive caretaker so she came back to take revenge on everyone who mistreats her and the ribbon around her neck holds her head on

2) she's the spawn of Satan (who isn't these days)

3) she just wants daddy to love her so she's removing everything else in his life until all that's left is her (like Joshua only with a creepy little Russian girl)
