    “You can tell fortunes from flowers?” That was something she’d not heard of before, so needless to say she’s intrigued. “It’s a deal, although you gotta show me how to do it too,” curious if there was any merit to such a thing or if it was just random like a lot of fortune tellers were. Regardless, she enjoyed them, whether they were really predicting the future or not, she was willing to give up a few gil to the frequent teller in Wall Market.

    It's not like he just spent an hour cleaning the supply tent, no reason to get annoyed...none whatsoever.

    "...Cynthia," spoken through gritted teeth. Evidently she wasn't doing it on purpose, she was blissfully unaware as she was about a lot of things, just a little consideration is all he asked.

      [ ♞ ] - - "Sunglasses…?" Nope, certainly not a thing she’s ever seen anyone wear before. And intimidated she is not, and maybe curiosity even lowers her guard a little bit. Not like the guy seemed hell-bent on attacking but even if he was, she can trust herself to quickly fight back if she must.

      …Right? 

      "Yep, I knew it. That is what you’re trying to go for!” Question is what for? "So if you’re trying to be dark and mysterious like that… Ooh, are you some kind of vigilante?"

"Yes."  Wesker's reply is short and flat.  He has no time to spend with a small girl who does not know what sunglasses are.  He is not here to teach her small intricacies in life that a meat sack parent should.  Wesker is on a mission to cleanse the world of the stain of humanity and this girl is no exception.

"No.  I am not a vigilante.  I am a god."

Something about this guy looks really suspicious. Could it be what he was wearing? Well, there was only one way to find out! Maybe she could try to be a little sneaky this time around, too. "Heya! What are you wearing?" Pointing to the black spectacles that he wears, a little similar to Laurent's maybe? Curiosity falls upon her features. "Huh. Can you even see in that? It looks really dark, but I suppose it does make you look a little mysterious. Iiis that what you're trying to go for?"

The little girl is towered over by Wesker, yet she does not seen even the little bit intimidated by him.  Curious of course, since Wesker has always been enemy number one of the likes of the BSAA, anyone who assumes they are “do-gooders.”

"These are sunglasses.  They prevent harmful damage to your eyes from the sun.”

Is she a child?  Children are such nuisances.  But they are also easily manipulated.

"Some may call it mysterious yes."
