Bread

I have thinking a lot about bread... really , a lot. Bread is the most basic step UP from our ancestors eating ONLY fruits & veg.... think about it. Making bread required humans putting togeter FIRE & TOOLS to mill the corn, wheat, whatever bread material was plentiful.

Bread is made worldWIDE with beans, bananas, potatos, wheat (of course), corn, chickpeas, onion, cherries, ETC ETC ETC

Bread is the most basic means of good times. “Let’s break bread together” means that we are celebrating, man! Make a few breads this week and experiment with that primordial side of cooking!
