He couldn’t deny that he felt some sort of remorse for Harry Potter’s passing. Although all of the Potters annoyed every nerve in his body, with Harry probably having been no exception, he couldn’t help but feel something for how Lily must be. If she even knew yet about how they were related. If she knew anything about how she sacrificed herself to keep Harry alive. With an inaudible sigh, he made his way through the halls, passing students with red, puffy faces. With classes being cancelled, there was a chance of finding an empty classroom to focus on homework and/or more research that he hadn’t completed yet. The library might’ve been empty, but he couldn’t be certain and he didn’t want to deal with reading paragraphs with sniffling as his background noise. Cracking open one of the books he had brought along with his quill and parchment, he began to read. Until the door opened did he stiffen and stop his reading. With his back still towards the person, he spoke, “If you’re here to mourn, go find another room. Can’t you see that this one is occupied.”
