Did I mention I have a pet snake? (This is during a shed, so that's why her eye is silver; it's an eye cap that falls off as part of the shedding process.)

Removed a stuck eye cap today. I put Rhea in a pillowcase with a warm, damp cloth for 45 minutes. There was another warm cloth soaking on top of the case. I placed her beside a ceramic heat emitter for additional heat, and left her.
The cap came off with the first try from a dampened plastic glove.
I know something is wrong with his eye!!! Is this a stuck eyecap?!!!
