DETROIT: BECOME HUMAN VERSE !!
v. THEY TELL ME I’VE GOT SOMETHING MORE
GENERAL VERSE DESCRIPTION
verse based on the video game detroit: become human. cyberlife is a branch of stark industries creating androids ( or not, depending on who peter is interacting with + the plot being developed ). real, original peter ends up dying due to an accident. aunt may, with no one else, decides to purchase an android that closely resembles peter ( model YK700, #837 535 928 ; the YK series, particularly the original YK500, was designed to simulate the behaviour of a ‘child’ ). overtime, he becomes a deviant, and begins to forget that he was an android to begin with. although some ticks would surely make him easily recognizable as an android ( superior intelligence, extreme physical ability, blue blood from injuries etc. ), he lives life much like the original peter parker. at least until it garners the attention of those investigating deviants…
OTHER INFORMATION REGARDING THIS VERSE !!
aunt may removed the LED and treats android peter like her own nephew
the YK700 is a rare model these days and originally evolved from the child-like YK500 — YK700 mimics the behaviour of a ‘teenager’ but also retains the superior intelligence, physical ability, etc. of other androids
he acts and dresses similarly to the original peter, however if someone is to observe closely enough, you can tell the difference ; examples being: his speech pattern is not the same, blue blood, lack of eating / drinking, not having memories of original peter’s life
unlike other deviants, he’s a fairly special case: he lives life like any other human being ( eg. attending school ), which quickly has him descend toward deviancy. no one seems to pick up on the fact that real peter is actually gone & android peter has taken his place
it’s not updated in any school records, nor has the government updated it ; thus, it’s difficult to gather evidence of the substitution, but, enough digging into the hospital database will reveal the truth
over the span of months, he grows convinced that he’s human, forgetting his origins of being an android ; however, there are trigger words that may make him see the truth ( most importantly, for example, if another android scans him and recites his model and serial # ).
on his own, he’s stubborn & unrelenting to believe that he’s a machine
he feels love and the need to protect aunt may
