Some new characters! Their names are Niid and Eysah. I loved Chirrut and Baze from Rogue One and I wanted to explore some characters like that, so these two are my version!
Niid is from the Northern frigid deserts, but traveled over the treacherous mountains and to the South when he was in his teens, hoping to get rich. He took odd jobs here and there, mostly working as a mercenary for hire. He met Eysah when he was in his late teens.
Eysah is from the South and was born deaf and blind. Because he couldn’t communicate with anyone, he grew up extremely angry and uncontrollable. Unfortunately, his parents couldn’t figure out how to raise their son, so they left him on the street. After he figured out his family wasn’t going to come back, Eysah managed to fend for himself for a while... but he wasn’t doing so well. Niid found him and nursed him back to health.
They couldn’t communicate with each other at first, but they felt an instant kinship with each other. They eventually developed a language together that relied on touch and signs. Because Eysah didn’t know his birth name, Niid gave him the name “Eysah” which essentially meant “life-friend”. And they quickly became inseparable.
Eysah is extremely powerful in the magic of this world and can “hear” the mountains speaking to him. He wants to go to the mountains to find the source of the voices. Niid is fully devoted to Eysah and Eysah alone. They are incomplete without each other.
