The CBAs equalize pay for the men and women across different competition and playing areas
The two unions have now reached a historic milestone that will achieve equal pay through identical economic terms. The terms include equal pay for all competitions -- including the FIFA World Cup -- and the introduction of the same commercial revenue sharing mechanism for both teams. The U.S. Soccer becomes the first federation in the world to equalize FIFA World Cup prize money awarded to their men's and women's national teams in their respective World Cups.
more details from the article below the cut, including equalization of wc prize money, commercial revenue sharing, senior national team benefits such as retirement and child care, and equal resources for playing/training environments

Snow had begun falling softly over Whitby earlier in the day, steadily bringing in more patrons to the Jolly Drake and its floor-to-ceiling hearth, century-old flagstone floor, woven hearthside rug, and a decades-long reputation for being a fine place to have any sort of drink and catch up on life with good friends.
Including the reputation of being a well-run premises with the opportunity for good food and cheer, there were rumors about its owner--Thomas Blanky, a man said to be at least ninety years old but barely looked a day over fifty. The rumors swirled round everything from jokes about a missing selkie pelt to a witch’s curse. Given that the old man was a well-established member of the community, and something of a local legend however, no one really seemed to pay it any mind--aside from the oldest of sea dogs, so unwilling were they to abandon their superstitious ways even on land.
Of course, if anyone ever had the bad sense to make a comment about it, Thomas himself would usually retort that if he were really blessed with such a thing as long years, why the hell wouldn’t he have just asked for a new leg?
And that was always met with laughter and agreement because, of course, obviously he would ask for a new leg instead. The logic was unassailable.
It was late afternoon by the time Thomas began pulling on his coat and hat to sweep the snow from the stone path outside the pub. The low-hanging sun glinted off the horizon, causing Thomas to pause--it still felt as if it was just yesterday, seeing the low sun dip just above the horizon at the far ends of the Earth.
He stopped to glance out one of the windows, caught in the memory, when the door of the Drake opened--the bell above the door gave a little merry jingle and a rush of cold air blew in, bringing with it a patron Thomas had never seen before. He removed his hat and gave the newcomer a friendly tip of the woolen wig.
“Na’ then! Welcome to the Jolly Drake.”
