a while back i was using my mom’s laptop from 2003. it didn’t work at all if it wasn’t plugged in. i had to be careful in class to make sure people walking by wouldn’t unplug it by accident. recently i’ve upgraded to a laptop from 2005

man that thing mustve been huuuuuuge but they made tech to last back then...we still have a tower desktop from when I was growing up that works, probably mid-90s (slow as hell, but still functional). But damn that sounds like a brick
