It feels a little undermining to have a woman in authority and to give her a masculine name and a masculine title. Unless there’s a reason for it within the story, I suppose.
I get that! The in game reason is that f!Arthur was born a man, and while she has transitioned and considers herself a woman, she has kept the name of Arthur and the title of King for political ease. Perhaps, in the future she will make a transition of her title too, but for now not everyone in the kingdom even knows of her gender identity.
