Now that the A-10 is reaching the end of its life, people are once again talking about replacing it (even though it’s not actually going to happen).
This melon was already opened back in 1980 with F-16As equipped with a GAU-8 in a pod and Mavericks.
The tests were a failure, although the camouflage looked very cool.
