Seeing as my station for the event was curry, I didn’t get the chance to make omurice. Good thing too, actually, since I hadn’t made in the longest while while, but now I can do it in the comfort of my kitchen (without messing up someone’s order).

I’ve managed to minimise the browning of the egg and I’m better at folding it. Getting that perfect shape is now the main ordeal.

...As for the most recent attempt, I thought carrots would make for a good canvas. Guess not, hahah. Anyways, more trials, from here-on.
