I tried watching the show with my sister once. Don't like it. Didn't even like the first generation, though I will admit the first one looked better with it's angles and what not. Still. However my feelings are toward the show, I find myself at odds to ALL Bronies within my range of Sight. In addition to that 'ask princess molestia', which I am quite glad was brought down. Hopefully Hasbro can do some other things to curb-stomp the Bronies within their show's demographic. Have a nice weekend.
((Well, as much as I enjoy the show, and the first generation as well, I’m not going to pull a Brony-move and demand you ‘just give it a chance’! If it’s not to your liking, then it’s not! No shame in that!
The biggest issue we have (I think, anyway) is that Hasbro seems to be catering to Bronies more and more, I think. Studio B certainly is, and Hasbro keeps creating more Brony-directed types of merchandise, such as the growing emphasis on the molded-hair blind bags, and a increasing dearth of brushable toys, as well as various official Hasbro items that have come out emblazoned with ‘Brony’ on them. Now, they are only focused on making money - as they should be, I guess, being a corporation - but they don’t seem to realize that they are encouraging a part of the fandom that will drive away their real target demographic, who, despite not being as vocal, make up the majority of their toysales. They don’t realize that, by catering to the Bronies, they are giving implicit approval of their actions, and that is very, very dangerous.
Anyway, I share your feelings, and I hope that any other hyper-offensive Brony blogs/content will be taken down by Hasbro, as well.))
