December 2nd - The Duchess of Cambridge visited the Fabergé in London: Romance to Revolution Exhibition at the Victoria and Albert Museum
December 7th - The Duchess of Cambridge visited Westminster Abbey to decorate it for her Together at Christmas concert and record her introduction
December 8th - Catherine held a phone meeting with Dr Nicholas Cullinan (Director of the National Portrait Gallery). Later, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge held a Carol Service in Westminster Abbey; the service was also attended by the Countess of Wessex, Princess Eugenie, Mr and Mrs Mapelli Mozzi, Mr and Mrs Tindall, Carole and Mike Middleton, James and Alizee Middleton, and Pippa Matthews
December 9th - The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended a Trustees’ Meeting for the Royal Foundation via video link

V & A | The Duchess of Cambridge visited the Victoria and Albert Museum to see a new exhibit, Fabergé in London: Romance to Revolution
Kieran McCarthy, who curated the Fabergé exhibit, spoke about the Duchess of Cambridge’s interest in the Fabergé eggs, saying:
“There was a lot of why and wherefore in the discussion, which was very interesting because it takes a sophistication to look beyond seeing the spectacle to actually probe into the details, and that was there.”
EXHIBIT | The 200+ item collection included three eggs donated by Her Majesty the Queen (they had been purchased by King George V and Queen Mary) – the Basket of Flowers Egg, the Colonnade Egg Clock, and the Mosaic Egg
