Use fabpost to drive traffic to your website

Fabpost can be used to increase traffic to your own website by posting original content or pictures which are sourced directly from your website or by uploading pictures from your computer and editing the same to add a hyperlink to your website.

Pictures posted on Fabulous Postings or your Cloud or Pictures uploaded in Albums can be used to redirect traffic to your website.

Visitors to your post shall see the Source of that particular picture as your website and they will be redirected to your website when they click on the picture or on the Source link.

Keep the privacy of your post as everyone so that it appears on Global Posts to increase the number of visitors redirected to your website.

New Home page of fabpost.com went live - taking it Beyond Social Networking

The New look of fabpost went live on 25th June,2012 and we are quite optimistic that People shall like the same.

Fabpost now has a completely new home page which displays content posted by its users for everyone to see. This content can be viewed by all visitors who visit the site including people who have not signed up for fabpost.

The Open or Global Content is divided into 5 Sections viz.:

(i) Fabposts - which shows the fabulous postings made by users (postings like   favourite books, or movies or places of interest)

(ii) FabListings - which shows the Top Listings based on the postings of users (Top English Movies, Top Musicians, Top Holiday Destinations etc.)

(iii) World Pictures - which shows pictures of different cities of the world posted by users

(iv) Blog - whereby some of the blogs made by users are shown

(v) Photos - which shows the Open albums shared by users of fabpost

With this step fabpost comes closer to its objective of not just being a Social networking site, but also be a destination for users to check for interesting user generated content.

We have also added a new feature on Cloud Photos whereby Users can post pictures on the Cloud which are Sourced from a URL. Earlier Users could post pictures on the cloud only by uploading pictures from their computer. Pictures sourced from any URL have a hyperlink which takes the user to the respective site. This feature can be used by users to promote their products or services or pictures by redirecting traffic to their own website.

We have been continuously working on fabpost to make it more easy to use as well as to make it more useful to its users (to share their favorites with their friends etc. and to post content on fabpost to generate traffic on their own website or for  self promotion) thus taking it beyond Social networking.

The Photo Album view on fabpost home has been updated to show 1 large and 4 smaller thumbnails of the photographs in the album.
