The 'Meg" Scarf
Inspiration: Meg Ryan
The "Meg" Scarf was inspired by Movie actress Meg Ryan. I have always enjoyed the romance comedies Meg has acted in, specially Sleepless in Seattle.
When I was creating these scarves, I could not get her style out ofmy mind. I could picture her wrapping one of these extra long scarves around her neck and running up to the topof the Empire State Building looking for her sole True Love.
Each scarf was pieces together with small strips of torn fabric, the I added decorative trims, yarns and lace.
No two are identical.
After the entire length of scarf is covered for the desired look, the scarf is washed anddried. It comes out torn up and distressed. Then the strings are cut off to create this Unique Look.
It can be worn hung around the neck to show off the piece work. It can be folded in half and wrapped aroundthe neck once or twice. The wearer gets to decide how they want to style this item for their own look.
Each scarf sells for $30.00.
This scarf has the Breast Cancer Ribbon fabric on it.
