I got tagged about a month ago by lenuadoresit and then I completely forgot about it until today! I have never been tagged by someone I actually haven't met in real life so this is pretty exciting! These facts are going to be ridiculously random but I do hope you find them somewhat interesting!

1. I really started liking languages and linguistics ever since I took an Anthropological linguistics class last year which was around the time when I started reading feminist rhetoric on tumblr and those topics went really well together in terms of creating a paradigm shift. I have romanticized the Sapir-Whorf hypothesis in my head and I like the idea that your language influences your worldview.

2. On a related note, I am learning French! I originally wanted to learn Korean because I listen to Kpop and wanted to learn the language so I could appreciate the music more. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a lot of resources for Korean and learning a language on your own is difficult anyway, so I decided I would learn French first (because I also listen to French music) so I could develop a system of learning languages on my own.

3. I fancy myself a writer, but I honestly haven't been writing much. Planning and researching out a novel is really hard.

4. I like making jewelry and I have a blog where I post diys and inspiration posts and also have a tumblr for the blog (yes, shameless self-promotion). I am also planning on opening an etsy!

5. Tigers are my favorite animals!

6.  I also really like Persian cats!

1. If you could go into any fictional world, which one would you go into? I think its pretty much hands-down Middle Earth. I mean honestly, there's no competition remotely close. 2. What is your favorite book? Wheel of Time - Series by Robert Jordan. I know its not a book per se, but it's my favorite. 3. Cats or dogs? I'm one of those weird people who says "both" but if I had to pick - cats. 4. What's you spirit animal? Well, I'm very partial towards cats. 5. What is one of your earliest memories? The earliest thing I can remember is drinking tea with my nana at her house. She died just before my fourth birthday, so it must have been when I was 3. My mom says playing tea party with me was the highlight of her week, when we could drive out to her house. 6. OTP? Dramione (sorry, but it shoulda happened...) 7. What is the weirdest thing you ever did? Let me tell you a story: In junior year of high school, we had a bunch of AP exams. After the final exam of the year, my friends and I (who had the rest of the day off from classes - we didn't have to go back to school) decided to drive to Tijuana Flats, where we had lunch and proceeded to dare each other to try increasingly hotter hot sauces, until we were all gasping like fish out of water, and the waitress was staring at us like we were crazy (which we were). We then got the bright idea to go to Walmart and buy foam swords. After that we drove to the nearest park, and spent a few hours having a "every man for himself" sword fight. During which I was thrown into a tree, and got pretty banged up. (There was a scar on my elbow, but its pretty faded now...) 8. If you could travel anywhere in the world for two weeks, where would you go? Either back to Germany, cause I miss it more than anything, or Italy to see all the monuments and ruins, or New Zealand. 9. Favorite video game? Mario Kart 10. Would you rather go to Hogwarts or The Shire? Hogwarts 11. Favorite thing to put cheese on? Macaroni :D
