How to set up a Scheduled Post in Facebook | Facebook Scheduling Feature that's Donna here from fanpage competitions and today I wanted to go through and show you the scheduled post feature so this is kind of like my secret ninja tool so how I use these to Liz I actually sit down and I allocates a 30 minutes beard on a day or the start of a particular week and I write out all my posts in my social media calendar and then I come over here and I copy and paste them in or in this case I've typed it in you can add in a photo you can add in a video a link or whatever and then all you need to do is click on this little clock down here and you'll see now that it's to falter to today's date if you wish to change it you simply click in this little box and you can choose whatever day you like and then you add in a time now I'm just going to type in seven and it brings up am and PM etc and then you go through and you choose what time you want to post it now will default for where your page is currently set and of course I'm in Queensland Australia so we r plus 10 here and when I'm ready all i need to do we simply click on that schedule button now in a few seconds up will pop this window letting you know that the post has been made on that day and that time and if you want to go through and change it or view it make sure it is correct you click on View activity log or you can come through and schedule another post we're going to click here to go to the View activity post and you can see here I've got a post it's ready to go out tonight and I've got a couple more that I was adding in here now the things that you can do over here on the right hand side you've got a drop-down you can change the time you can publish it now and you can also delete it if you wish to see you come along and you've gone oh gosh it's got a typo I just want to fix that go rid of it delete it one of the great things are also love is if you've scheduled all these in here you can manage these about your mobile phone if you're using the pages app with your mobile phone just shoot on over there and all of these will be listed so in terms of this one here with the actual photo if I click there I can actually come through here and i can edit this so if i did make a mistake with a photo so text in a photo i can edit it however if it's straight text just click here if it is straight text not added it at this point in the scheduling area here so when you finish you can just click back to your page and of course at the allocated time it will go through and post on your wall if you wanted to know how to get back there click on the drop-down come down here to use activity log and that will take you back to all your schedule posts please drop on over here like my facebook page and connect with me it's at fan page competitions WWF facebook com for fan page competitions we have a free ebook seven steps to creating a winning facebook competition if you'd like to put your details in there and grab that and from time to time we do have an actual competition set up on our page which is a great way for you to have a look at how they run and what to do with them and all you would need to do is simply click here and enter your name and email in our competition so I hope you've enjoyed this video and please drop on over here like my page any questions you've got post on the wall and I'll be happy to help you out 6 more words
