I love it when people share floor plans and ask others to build them. For me, this breaks me out of my builders-block slump because it is almost like a challenge. I seem to build well for others than I do for myself :/

This house was one of such requests, and I will be starting on a second floor plan shortly (so excited!!)

You will find 2884 Merriwood Lane on my gallery page (Endmaske) CC-free!

It is built on a 40x30 lot and works best with the northern lot in Newcrest. Make sure to have bb.moveobjects on, as in all my builds I never furnish without it.

Ooops, I haven’t play tested it. I’m a jerk, I know.

It is on a 40x30 lot in Newcrest; the SW corner lot preferably. If you are wondering about the art work throughout the place, it is NOT CC. It’s on the gallery, shared by ruthless_kk and is called Instant Art Gallery v.2.

I didn’t spend a lot of time with the yard and landscaping this time as it can be very time consuming and I just got the Tiny Home pack and can’t wait to start building smaller homes (haha).
