@motionsofclay 🎨 My Face Sculpture series is a body of work exploring mankind's emotions and states of mind. The project is very personal to me as it was inspired by my older brother's mental health diagnoses. I removed the eyes when making the sculpture to represent his lack of eye contact and used glaze to show the many emotions and states of mind. *Click the link in @motionsofclay’s bio to read more. Thence I have become very critical of new creations and hesitant to release a new collection . During the lockdown I set up a tiny studio area at home and began taking a freestyle approach as I often do, and as a result I created some pieces that resonated really well with me. 😊 I am currently testing and experimenting with glazes and I will share some pics in the next few weeks.
