I've had very bad insomnia since I was a teenager and would go days without sleeping.  I only started getting over it in the past few months (I slept for five+ hours straight!), but recently I've had trouble sleeping for more than an hour at a time.  Poop.

I got a teddy bear when I moved when I was eight. He's still with me. I slept with him securely under my arm the first month of university.

My current best friend's uncle saved me when I was 4. I fell down a hill at my uncle's wedding and he caught me before I rolled into the river. Our uncles are friends but we didn't become friends until middle school.
