Caving ||@ FadedSpectrum

He was dumb. Really, really dumb. The few times he had to go through caves or darkened areas were already something he tended to avoid, especially at the start of his travels. Even though, of course, it gradually became easier for him to navigate and stay calm, it didn’t mean he liked it. Even if it would be called immature by some, Touya definitely liked staying at well-lit places.

He was just grateful for Axis, having her float around cooing and lighting up the cave around them was a relief. Not to mention the purple glow was easy on the eyes, instead of spooky.  Still, it’d be nice to be with someone else right now. His pokemon were great, of course they were! But it was still different, if only ever so slightly.

But all he could do now was keep on walking and try find the exit as soon as possible. That sounded nice, yeah. A nice find would definitely be another human being though. This place seemed more desolate than he expected. Maybe he should’ve left in the morning, like most other trainers.

While he argued with himself over ifs and coulds, the light of his partner accentuated a ponytail he knew all too well.It was only thanks to a subtle shove from the ghost pokemon that he snapped out of it. But his face lit up right away. He didn’t really care why, or when she got here, but he did know he was very happy about it.

Quickly, he jogged over to the girl, taking her hand and tugging lightly at it. When she turned, however he let go immediately. It was easy enough to see the difference, at least to him.

"Ah, sorry!" he exclaimed when he noticed this White wasn’t in fact his. He hurriedly threw his hands in the air, waving them about in front of him in a childish and panicked fashion. Shit. Not only was it embarrassing to some degree, he also made a terrible first impression here. The male brunet lifted his right hand and wrapped his fingers around one of chandelure’s arms, squeezing it briefly.

"Sorry for being for startling you, I thought you were someone I knew" he apologized, glancing at Axis. Introductions needed to be made, right? “I’m Touya. This is Axis" he swerved his head and motioned to her. “And we want to get out of this cave real quick" Touya added. He was only half joking. This place made him more jumpy than it should.

Touko certainly wasn't shy in touching his hair was she? He wasn't worried about anything being moved out of place but this was certainly new. 

"A rarity to be asked such a question. Though I didn't think most had a interest in my hair. I actually send off for this particular styling gel from another region. It holds very well, since it won't dry out my hair and make it seem rather natural."

Geez, and she had to look a lot like Whitlea too. He really didn’t really want to kiss anyone- specially when the girl had no significance in his life anyway. Tilting his head to the side, he leaned forward to plant a simple kiss on the girls lips for less than a spit second, before she could react to anything. It was nothing more than a simple kiss, and it was better that way. Turning away he sighed softly.

“Well that was rather awkward….”

Oh if he only remembered when he was brainwashed just awhile ago.
