How to remove the blur (PC)

Hey 👋

It'll take longer than expected to finish posting my sets, so for those who want to try removing the FX for the photomode or even for performance issues... I don't know if there's a similar workaround for PS and XBox, but on PC you'll need Reshade and Frans Bouma's shader toggler addon. This tutorial goes from downloading the files to setting up your togglers properly.

We can remove almost everything but for the fadeouts specifically, just destroy their protection, pause/enter photomode and, with the addon, cycle through each effect by pressing 1 and 2. When the blur disappears, press 3. Save when you're done and use your chosen shortcut to deactivate/activate.

I'm still fine-tuning mine, but since I made it for Oceanview photos, I found some issues while activating it in other areas, so be careful to not remove all the shadows and other fx with the same toggler. For example, when I used the Oceanview one at the Cinema, it started raining indoors and when I edited the toggler there, it rained at Oceanview. Some of Casey's posters disappeared on external areas and ground and trees were missing while playing with Saga in Bright Falls, so I recommend creating a new toggler for each level/map. 😉
