Where Do I Go From Here
She touched her forehead to the window, the cold rain lightly tapping against it. She traced the droplets falling with her finger, yet focused her eyes elsewhere. She had been lost within her school for months, very rarely leaving the grounds. Keeping hidden was her choice... for her own good, she thought. With the wards up no one could harm her here, both physically and emotionally. But she was unhappy. Miserable. Lonely. A bolt of lighting startled her and she jumped, moving away from the window slowly as the thunder rumbled, shaking the stone that made up the Lyceum floor. She pressed her palm against the cold wall, leaning her head on the back of her hand as she watched the clouds kiss the tops of the mountain that stood above her home. Her necromancy students didn't think anything of her demeanor, being a teacher of all things death related who would imagine anything different? Quiet, lacking emotion... all stereotypical traits that most of her students had. But within this hard shell of a woman was a soft, kind, loving soul that needed nurturing and companionship. She needed to feel love to feel alive. It had been ages since she smiled a true, happy smile. These young mages had no idea the giggly little girl that comes out after a fair amount of whiskey, nor would they imagine the flirt she could be, bartending in the sexiest of outfits to appease the gentlemen and line her pockets with a little extra plat. She realized just how much she missed all of that. All at once she pushed away from the wall and walked down the hallway to her office, reaching up to her eyes once to wipe any evidence of emotion from them before shutting the door behind her.

However instead I wound up spending nearly the entire weekend playing the game that ultimately first took me away from World of Warcraft in a significant way. There were some…

Allergy Apocalypse
I have been more than a bit out of it over the last few days. Here in Oklahoma every allergy index be it mold spore or tree pollen has been through the roof. This means that I have been living in a permanent daze. The frustrating thing is that sooner or later it starts to piss off my Asthma and over the last few days that has finally happened. It is extremely hard to keep a…

Best Games I’m Not Playing
Best Games I’m Not Playing #Aggronaut talks games he loves but is simply not playing #Rift #EQ2 #TSW
This mornings post is going to be a bit of a departure from my normal routine in that I am going to talk about some of the games that I really enjoy, but am not playing for one reason or another. I guess with the recent news about Daybreak, it highlights the fact that there are so many games we hold dear… but aren’t actually actively supporting by playing them. As such here goes my attempt to…
