oh i'm sure...
Out of Touch Chandra
So, folks were discussing Orochi and its relative efficacy in the SWL discord. One response from White Dame P-Girl was:
It probably doesn't help that one of the the CEOs is an evil villain with what I would like to imagine are quite a few supervillain plans, while the other is probably more like 'Eh, how much does a banana cost? Six dollars?' ... I like to think of Samael as a bit out of touch with humanity.
Which sparked inspiration (as Secret Worlders are wont to do) in my brain to doodle a silly thing. I maybe put more effort than strictly necessary into recreating this...since I could've just cut-and-pasted his head onto the original meme. But I wanted to put Chandra on his big fancy TV, so I drew him instead, and then...had some fun with variant subtitles. >:D
(The second one is referencing one of P-Girl's AU fanfics, and the third was for funsies for @vomher, because it's funny to think about Orochi and Kaiba Corp bickering with each other.)
Do people still make appreciation posts? Cause Inbeda (and Kan'Ami) deserve one.
A new study says fog is full of microorganisms that scrub the air of pollutants, and that's really cool and all
But all I can think is
FOG'S ALIVE!

why cant people with eczema learn that once theyre past a certain age (18 - 25 ) and the skin still hasn't cleared they just have atopic eczema. meaning they have a condition for life and must appropriately treat the condition. there is no cure. there is no magic day you'll wake up with completely clear skin. the advice of stopping moisturiser creams, steroids, protopic or any other treatment is really detrimental and actually dangerous. people with eczema do not realise that infections of the skin can and will kill them or progress to worse infections (eczema herpeticum) and these infections WILL spring up from neglecting the skin barrier of treatment. telling people with eczema to stop their medicine is the same as telling any other person sufferering from a type 2 immune system disorder to stop theirs. would they feel so confident telling somebody with Crohns or UC maybe even type 1 diabetes to just STOP their medicine? we are born with a problem, faulty skin and it can be rectified using medicine. im not even a fan of 'big pharma' and also pursue natural routes to help with my eczema but i'll bow down anyday to a nice dose of tacrolimus ointment or maybe some JAKs.
