day one of life in faeglen has come to a close..

After about half an hour of resetting, I finally found an island I liked that had peaches! I’m excited to get creative and make it my home! Today was spent mainly pulling weeds, gathering crafting materials, and fishing/catching bugs. I’ve already made headway with collecting Nook Miles and was even able to pay off my first loan! Some of my time today was also spent getting to know my two neighbours- Tammy and Mac. While neither of them are on my list of favourites, they’re both super sweet and make great company on this near empty island. My hopes for day two are unlocking more tools/items and getting to explore even more of my island. So far the game has exceeded my expectations tenfold!
