Sometimes I think about g/t universes with shapeshifters who are overly fond of tinys because shapeshifters are smol when they're young so their instincts just go batshit around people who are ALWAYS small (shapeshifters would also have brood pouches for storing their own young and sometimes tinys for protection) it's basically an understanding between the two species that shapeshifters WILL protect and take care of tinys but giants also exist and have their own storage stomaches intended for spare food but some giants use their storage stomaches to look after tinys but shapeshifters are so VIOLENT over it because "how DARE you treat a person like food" and the giant is like "???? They're safe"
