Something I like to do when I’m home alone is sit at my kitchen counter playing goth music videos on the television while I drink tea and read Deathnote.

I’m just sitting here in my pajama pants and a band tee reading about killing people for justice while Robert Smith or Siouxie Sioux are dancing around and looking cool.

I’ve done the same with blink-182 while reading Mark and Travis’ biographies. I just wanna keep the vibes fitting my reading material, because reading The Goldfinch while blasting Slipknot doesn’t feel right.
