Cried for the first time in months. and I don't feel any better. as good as crying might feel - getting all that negative energy and pent up frustration out - when you stop, all your problems are still right there. they're just waiting at your bed for you to dry your eyes so they can consume you once more. and they don't go away. They multiply and grow bigger and stronger. sometimes they hide and you think you're in the clear somehow, but that is never the case. when they hide, they're just giving you false hope for their own amusement.
