It was a good weekend with some great pirates in Rock Hall. This precursor to #MDRF is always exactly what I need at this time of the year. Spent a beautiful weekend with friends exploring the #wildandwonderful mountains of West Virginia at the #wvrenaissancefestival! Our 11 person invasion of #fairefriends from Maryland enjoyed reconnecting with old friends from the festival circuit as well as meeting some new friends. Casey and I had never been to this #renfaire (just finishing up its 4th season), but after being there just one weekend we can understand why so many of our friends love it there. With a gorgeous sprawling landscape nestled in a mountain valley, and much growth over its initial four seasons with multiple permanent stages and structures, the word of the weekend for WV Renfaire was "potential."
