I went to wayback machine for Miraculous Ladybug and found that originally Chloe was Marinette's greatest frienemy (Friend + enemy) not greatest enemy as in later seasons, but during season 1 and 2.

Besides, in later seasons. Chloe isn't a big fan of Ladybug, as in "Miracle Queen" (The Battle of the Miraculous - Part 2), where she ripped a picture of her and Ladybug.
